MILESTONE EXPO FOR THE CLUB

The Ward Melville High School Fishing Club will host the 10th Annual Saltwater Fishing Expo and Fundraiser on Saturday March 4th, 2023!!

This event is FREE to the public!

200+ Vendors and over 300 tables put in our gymnasium, cafeteria and main entrance hallways. This is by far Long Island’s PREMIER fishing expo! Around 80 different raffles, 100% of the proceeds from the raffles go directly to support the Ward Melville High School Fishing Club in doing every activity that the club does.  Follow us on Instagram @patriotsfishing!!

FOOD TRUCKS

FREE SHUTTLE to/from satellite parking lot

There will be a free shuttle bus starting at 10 AM and running till 3 pm  this bus will bring you back and forth from Arrowhead Elementary School on Arrowhead Rd (located at 62 Arrowhead Lane East Setauket, just north of Nesconset Hwy/Rte 347 and is off of Old Town Road) to the main entrance.  We know when our lot gets full that parking is difficult but we would like to remind you that you can park at then elementary school on Norwood Ave (which is in walking distance) and would ask you not to park in the funeral home or Jewish center parking lots.  Thank you.

FREE RAFFLE FOR ACTIVE MILITARY / VETERANS

Custom Fish Reaper Military Themed Spinning Rod

As a small token of our appreciation for your service, this raffle is free for 1 entry for any active or retired military veteran that attends our show.  Please visit the PATRIOT LEAGUE (school club that supports our veterans) in the commons, near the raffles to submit your raffle ticket and take a look at the rod you may win.  A valid ID showing military affiliation needs to be presented to receive your FREE ticket.

Winners will be contacted on 3/6 throughout the course of the day.  DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL, they do not have the procedure on how we are distributing the raffles nor do they have the raffles at this time.  Winning raffle tickets will hear when and where to pick up the raffles from the club advisor, Bob Wilson.

Since we do not charge admission to enter the show, the club raises funds through the selling of raffle tickets.  All raffles are fishing related.  We offer half day and full day fishing trips with some of the best charter boats, party boat captains and guides.  You will also see custom rods and various reels in the raffle as well as fishing artwork, custom lures or all types and other assorted gear.

We will try to list and display all raffles during the month of February.

Be assured, there will be a large assortment of raffles to win while you support the club.
