The Ward Melville High School Fishing Club will host the 13th Annual Saltwater Fishing Expo. This event is a fundraiser for our High school Fishing Club and is now a 2 – Day Event! Takes place Saturday, March 7 & Sunday march 8, 2026!

200+ Vendors and over 300 tables put in our gymnasium, cafeteria and main entrance hallways. This is by far Long Island’s PREMIER fishing expo! There will also be a HUGE RAFFLE. All proceeds from the raffles directly support the Ward Melville High School Fishing Club. They help the club do every activity that we do at little to no cost to our members. FREE SHUTTLE to & from satellite parking lot
There will be a free shuttle bus on Saturday starting at 9 AM and running till 3 pm this bus will bring you back and forth from Arrowhead Elementary School on Arrowhead Rd (located at 62 Arrowhead Lane East Setauket, just north of Nesconset Hwy/Rte 347 and is off of Old Town Road) to the main entrance. We know when our lot gets full that parking is difficult but we would like to remind you that you can park at then elementary school on Norwood Ave (which is in walking distance) and would ask you not to park in the funeral home or Jewish center parking lots. SEMINAR SCHEDULE
The following Fishing Enthusiasts, Guides and Captains will be presenting on either Saturday or Sunday. 2 days and 2 rooms of seminars. The actual schedule will be released later this month.

On Sunday only, any current in high school or younger school aged kids that attend the show can complete a short SCAVENGER HUNT
QR codes will be set up around the show at the entrance to every room and hallway in addition to the RAFFLE ROOM in the middle fo the show. Students should scan the QR code and follow the instructions.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING OF THE RAFFLES TO WIN….WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET YOUR PRIZE TO YOU
Winners will be contacted by 3/10 throughout the course of the day. DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL, they do not have the procedure on how we are distributing the raffles nor do they have the raffles at this time. Winning raffle tickets will hear when and where to pick up the raffles from the club advisor, Bob Wilson.

Since we do not charge admission to enter the show, the club raises funds through the selling of raffle tickets. All raffles are fishing related. We offer half day and full day fishing trips with some of the best charter boats, party boat captains and guides. You will also see custom rods and various reels in the raffle as well as fishing artwork, custom lures or all types and other assorted gear.
We will try to list and display all raffles during the month of February.
Be assured, there will be a large assortment of raffles to win while you support the club.
